LITERACY
Literacy work, carried out in Sapaga schools and surrounding rural villages, is the cornerstone of helping children and preparing a better future for them.
Les Baobabs de Sapaga work closely with local community organizations to assess real needs on a daily basis and ensure that your donations are allocated effectively.
Our mission is to act in schooling, health, food support and assistance for economic development.
HELP US!
You too, like the hundreds of sponsors who have committed themselves, can easily and significantly improve a child's life while also receiving regular updates about your sponsored child or children. You can also give your time by organizing fundraising events or helping people discover us.
Any kind of contribution from people like you helps ensure that our mission in Burkina Faso reaches its goals and beyond. You can count on us to deliver your generous donations directly there and support vulnerable children facing serious hardship according to their real needs.
BURKINA FASO
The territory of Burkina Faso is divided into 13 regions and subdivided into 45 provinces, 350 departments, 359 fully functioning municipalities led by elected mayors, and around 8,000 villages.
The official language is French. Many national languages are spoken, the most common being Mooré, Dioula, Gulmancéma and Fulfoulde.
Since its independence in August 1960, Burkina Faso has experienced several political regimes: constitutional rule and states of exception.
From 1991 onward, the country officially adopted a democratic political system by approving a constitution through referendum and organizing presidential and legislative elections, until the coup of January 24, 2022...
Thanks to the Baobabs de Sapaga Program... Making a difference in a child's life... is possible!
